Access to Proofpoint Outlook Add-ins within the Classic Outlook Application
In the Outlook ribbon, the Proofpoint for Outlook will appear on the righthand side.


Access to Proofpoint Outlook Add-ins within New Outlook and Outlook Web Access
Depending on the view settings associated in the Message Preview screen, the Proofpoint for Outlook add-in can be accessed via the Proofpoint Icon or expanding the ellipsis to open the context menu.
The following three functions are available:
- Report Phish
- Security Actions Menu
- Allow Sender
- Block Sender


Access to Proofpoint for Outlook when using Outlook on Mac

This can be found under the ellipsis menu on the simplified ribbon in the main screen of client or when in an email
There is no install required for any version of Outlook for Windows or Mac computers. The Add-in is deployed automatically from a policy within our Microsoft 365 environment.
When reporting a potential phishing email, you can use the Report Phish icon in the Proofpoint of Outlook menu. Once reported, you will navigate the following prompts:

For easy email management, you can manage your personal email safe senders list within Proofpoint by leveraging the Allow Sender and Block Sender Options under the Security Actions Menu.

If you would like to view your current Safe/Blocked Senders List within Proofpoint, then this can be done by requesting a list to be sent to your from the hyperlink provided in your daily End User Digest. A link to Manage Account within Proofpoint is provided in the Digest as well.
