Note, any Global Blocklists requests typically need approval from Sales Sr. management (Heather Morrison) & IT. 1st step should be attempting to add to personal blocklist if it’s just spam to a single user.

Log In To ProofPoint

Adding An Email To The Blocked Senders List
Once Signed in, select lists;
Select your respective list (Safe/Blocked)(1),
Click to add, click New (2),
Then enter the address and save (3).
Removing an Email Address Form the Blocked Senders List
As above, once signed in select Lists.
If you would like to remove an address from the Blocked Senders; check the address(es) to be removed from the list (2), then select delete (3).
